Return Policy

To ensure you receive a full refund, please note the following:

• Shoes and clothing must be free of any signs of wear.

• Clothing should only be tried on to determine size/fit (as in a physical store).

• Please try on shoes only on a clean surface; never try them on outdoors.

• For hygiene reasons, please try on intimate apparel (such as swimwear) over your own clothing.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging (including all accessories).

• Items must be free of any signs of use.

• Please return items in their original packaging and retain all tags.

Refund

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Processing time may vary depending on your payment method.

Credit Card: Refund to the credit card account you used for payment.

PayPal: Refund to the PayPal account you used for payment.

Klarna Pay Later (Account Purchase): Payments made using Klarna are only refundable if you have already paid. Otherwise, the payment due date for the corresponding item will expire due to the return.

If the invoice has been paid, the refund will be returned to your original payment method.

If we offer a partial refund for your order, you will receive an email from Klarna informing you of the updated amount due.

Exchanges

We apologize, we currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different color or size, you can order directly from our online store. You can also check inventory. You can return unwanted items within the return period.

Customers have 15 days from the order date to return or exchange items.

How to Return/Exchange

Please return unused items along with their original packaging and a completed return form (shipped with the order).

Please use the carrier you deem most suitable to send the item to the address specified on the form. If the address is provided by Dolomite and for the following reason: as shown above, you will receive pickup instructions (including carrier, pickup details, pickup code, and tag) via email or phone.

Return/Exchange/Refund Timeframe:

We will process your order within an average of 3 business days after receiving it.

If you wish to exchange for a lower-priced item, we will provide a coupon valid only in our store.

Upon returning the item, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used when placing the order (if you paid via bank transfer, please provide your IBAN account number).

Please note that refunds via credit card/bank transfer may take up to 10 days, depending on the processing bank. Refunds via PayPal take 3 business days.

Exchange and Return Policy for Orders Outside the EU and Germany

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following services: exchanges or refunds within a specified period. To simplify the process, here are the specific steps:

If you wish to return an item that is not due to a quality issue, we will process the return according to your wishes and at your own expense. To ensure a smooth return, please follow these instructions:

Please return the item to its original packaging intact.

Please fill out the return form that accompanied your order.

Please send the item to the address specified on the return form using your chosen courier company.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered or modified, such as items that have been marked, used, or modified in any way.

Defects/Quality Control

To report a product defect, please contact our customer service team and provide details.

Return Conditions

Generally, products can only be returned if the following conditions are met:

- The product must be unused (applicable to both exchanges and returns)

- The product must be within 30 days of receipt

- The product is covered by a 2-year warranty, even for manufacturing defects.

Online Returns:

In addition to the above requirements, the product must be returned in its original condition as received. If you have lost the original packaging, please replace it with packaging of the same size and capacity.

If all conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price, but will deduct shipping and restocking fees. If you chose cash on delivery, the additional shipping costs associated with this payment method will also be deducted from the refund amount. If your return is due to a manufacturing defect for which Armond is liable, we will refund your return shipping costs.

We will process your refund within 10 business days.

We will process your refund within 55 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving the returned item. Please provide your credit card information to customer service so we can process your refund!
